Refund policy

Our Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gray’s purchase. We offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of your delivery date.

How to Start a Return:

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at support@graysgolf.ca with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction is complete.

Exchanges:

To get your new items as quickly as possible, we recommend a "return and re-purchase" process. Simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. This ensures immediate processing and faster delivery of your replacement.
