We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gray’s purchase. We offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of your delivery date.

How to Start Your Self-Serve Return:

  • Step 2: Type in the email address you used to place your order. You’ll be emailed a secure, 1-time 6-digit code to log in instantly (no password required).

  • Step 3: Locate the order you want to return and click Request Return.

  • Step 4: Select the specific items, choose your return reason, and submit.

What Happens Next?

Our team will review your request within 24 hours. Once approved, you will receive an automated email containing your return authorization details, drop-off instructions, and your return shipping label. Your refund will be processed once our team receives and inspects your returned items.

Exchanges:

To get your new items as quickly as possible, we recommend a "return and re-purchase" process. Simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. This ensures immediate processing and faster delivery of your replacement.

All orders shipped to addresses within the United States are FINAL SALE. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on international orders.
